super generous with a big fat prawn in each siu mai; stuffed with pork and topped with a crown of crab roe.
top-bottom, left-right. bbq pork bun aka 叉烧包, idk some vegetarian rice i think, custard bun, some rose bun. the rice was pretty good, served in a hot plate and has a great taste. rose bun has a hint of rose extract and is not very strong. there is also a bit if red bean paste in the center
Hong Kong dim sum. really recommend this bc its really good altho portion is kinda small- one bite and its gone.
