Marsiling Teochew Slice Fish Soup (389 calories for (M) size with bee hoon) - One of the stalls at Yong Heng food court in the middle of an industrial, the lunch time queue for this noodle soup is ridiculously long everyday. But once you've had a taste, you'll know why. The all important soup is not too milky or oily and wonderfully tasty with their use of ginger and bitter gourd with optional black bean. And while there's nothing really special about the fish or noodles, they add in deep fried egg white which makes this dish a real winner! You may choose from a variety of six noodle types as well as having boiled fish, fried fish, a combo of both (called twins) or fried fish head. Really calorie friendly for a satisfying meal. ($4.00(S), $5.00(M), $6.00(L)). #yumyumyap #calories #foodie #foodporn #goodfood #yummy #sgfood #sgfoodie #singapore #noodles #marsiling #asian #local #teochew #slicedfish #soup
