Not your usual salad. This salad comes with cubes of grilled chicken, Asian pear, green apple, cashew nuts, crispy wanton strips with curry vinaigrette.

The combo is oddly nice and the curry vinaigrette is actually spicy, which was unexpected.

This was RM29.

The burger comes with a sunny side up egg, beef bacon, beef patty, some salad and peanut butter.

Ordered the patty to be cooked medium well. The patty wasn’t very dense. The peanut butter goes well with the other ingredients.

The burger came with either a side of salad or fries. We had the fries which was quite salty.

Out of 5 stars, I’d give 3.

This is RM49.

I’ve always loved their branches in Singapore so I was happy when they decided to open a branch in KL.

I had the Mexican (pictured) which is a breakfast burrito. This is actually a vegetarian dish. I love the fact that they cater to vegetarians. The burrito was very filling despite being all vege. The burrito costs RM24.

I had the ice latte, which came in the form of ice cube coffee and a bottle of warm milk. I think the milk is a bit too much so best if you control how much you pour.

Singapore-famous brunch aficionados Wild Honey's only outpost here sees success in its international all-day brunches, preceded by egg ensembles and buttery bakes. Second to that, is their chic interior tastefully done to suit elegant brunch dates. First-timers should begin with something classic — the Melbourne (RM35) straddles poached egg and house cured gravlax on crisp rosti-like potato pancakes. But if you're celebrating the weekend eat out, go big for brunch with their weekend-only New York Bagel Platter (RM120 for two). The sensational spread includes favourites like smoked salmon, herb and garlic cream cheese, chopped egg salad and more to be enjoyed with their hand rolled poppy seed bagels. There is more good news (and food) to go around; refills are included in the set!

Joining the legion of cafes and restaurants arriving in from Singapore is Wild Honey, breakfast advocates who aren't afraid to serve daytime fare as late as 10pm. When in Pavilion, strut up to Level Six with your partner, or your business partner — whoever you need to please — for long lunches in this classy restaurant with oak furnishings. Perfectly poached eggs take the focus here, either coddled by a circle of tasty smoked salmon in the Norwegian (RM40) or sitting precariously atop toothsome beef pastrami and house-baked bagel in the Delancey (RM44). The Barbary (RM36), on the other hand, sees a golden fried egg next to a sweet-savoury combo of duck hash, duck confit and pink grapefruit hollandaise. For something daintier, the Trio of Scones (RM14) is teatime nirvana — plain, date and cranberry scones beckoning to meet the embrace of a dollop of clotted cream, French butter or raspberry jam.
