VietSmith (One Holland Village)

Noodles were v avg. Soup was quite decent, beef was abit chewy. Meatballs were alright but the highlight was the tripe, it's perfectly cooked. So incredibly tender and beefy.

Rice was too dense, the rest were ok. The meatloaf was spectacular, flavourful and tender but holds it's shape. Chili was very interesting, super impactful from the saltiness, and otherwise sour and spicy without much body
