Ah what a yummy find. Umi sushi's ramen egg is pretty well made. Check out that nice creamy yolk. It's pretty decent considering the fact that Umi sushi isn't a specialty ramen stall just the neighborhood hole in the wall sushi. Their udon might be ordinary but at least the egg is nice.
For $12.90 the bento is pretty good and decent. The salmon and chicken are tender. The rice is warm and soft. The even have the mini sides. I enjoyed the mash potato.
