Stunning. The pork chop is great. Almost crunchy texture due to the marbling and the exemplary execution, and reasonably tender too. Bold, meaty flavours encapsulated inside and outside was crisp. Not to mention, the portion of meat given is something else too. The best pork chop in a Chinese restaurant in JE

Only gripe is the rice could have been a bit more generous. But we are definitely coming back. Take note they're very packed tho, come during late tea time to not queue

The char siew has good flavour, exactly as you would expect from the appearance. Abit tough tho

Egg was abit undercooked, there's some bits on top still liquid. Fried rice was pretty good, quite savoury and not dry, and grains were separate with some bite.

The chili is bomb, super strong hae bee umami

The top is crispy and it's not too sweet but not outstanding by any means

Pork was very overcooked, but the cartilage texture was unique, and I guess that's what they were going for. Usually it's undercooked or cooked till soft(which I really like), but this one had more bite, kind of like a medium hardness jelly.

It's alright if you know what you're going for(which should be the cartilage not the meat)

Extremely well flavoured noodles with braised pork cartilage. Pork was so tender that its meat fell off easily and cartilage was so soft. The mixian went really well with the broth and was smooth. All in all, a very well worth bowl of noodles.

Luscious scrambled egg blanket over a bed of HK style fried rice (this also means an absence of wokhei as you would expect from a typical tzechar place). Love how the egg was so creamy! The charsiew was well roasted, charred and sweet! This was a seasonal special, in the month of October!
