Feature Classic Kolo Mee (uncle replace my minced meat with sio bak coz run out of it).
Springy noodle which I feel a bit peppery, served with Char siew (surprisingly quite tender) and sio bak.
The highlight is the chilli, add on to enhance the flavour of the kolo me.

All set meals come with a choice of drink which can choose from sour plum (most sweet), water chestnut, and luo han guo. The accompanying broth was very peppery.

This Premium Sarawak Kolo Mee Set(Includes a drink)($9.90)😋 is delicious.
It's literally a mood changer. Was feeling a little down on that day, and this noodle lift me up while I lift it up. Now, the question is who is lifting who?🤭
Springy silky egg noodles tossed in light savoury sauce, comes with crunchy bok choy, briny soft abalone slice, fresh juicy prawn, chewy fried wanton, uniquely sweet flavoured char siew and crispy pork lard.
The first mouthful I had, I thought to myself, this is just pretty normal and rather bland. Okay. Feel like it lack something. Then I realised that I forgot to take their condiments and mixed it in. After adding a dash of soya sauce and vinegar, plus a scoop of their homemade shallot chilli, it enhanced the taste powerfully and it made me to go back to get another 2 large scoop of shallot chilli and tossed it in. The addition of shallot chilli is a Must. It helps improved your noodle taste exponentially.😍
Served with a bowl of tasty soup and Iced lemonade with sour plum to complete your meal.😉
