Everything is steamed upon order, keeping the seafood fresh and naturally sweet. The steamed Seabass (head) with soy bean sauce offers a slightly richer profile, enhancing the firm texture of the fish while still letting its natural flavours shine.

The steamed Mangrove Jack (tail) in Cantonese style is equally delicate, with a light soy-based sauce that seeps into the tender flesh. A bed of Chinese cabbage underneath adds a gentle sweetness, rounding out the flavours beautifully.

Added fresh sea prawns to complete the meal with their juicy, succulent bite. Each set comes with a bowl of rice and silky steamed egg, making for a simple yet satisfying spread. The option of fish tail cost $1 more.
