Tried one of the signatures from their savouries selection but was underwhelmed. The "cheesy" part is that teenie tiny sprinkling you see atop the deboned drumstick. The chicken itself was not seasoned, so the sweetness from the teriyaki sauce wasn't balanced. The broccoli florets were nicely blanched and buttered though, if that's any consolation.
Will come back only for the desserts and drinks.
Taking over Dazzling Cafe's nicely done-up loft location in Mid Valley, Tokyo Secret's first full-fledged cafe makes it even more enticing to stop for tea in the mall. Look forward to a full menu of appetisers, mains and the highlight β their ever-oozy Tokyo Cheese Tarts (from RM7.90). The mains are nothing to shout about, a succinct few like the Cheezy Teriyaki Chicken Chop with Garlic Rice (RM22.90) and Grilled Salmon with Spinach Cream Sauce (RM22.90) will suffice if you're hungry, but we highly recommend that you take advantage of the sublime cafe space to indulge in their variety of cheese tarts instead. The relatively new matcha flavoured tarts are layered with red beans and easy to love, but our vote goes to their original flavour that sees a beautiful, burnt top, as well as the subtly fruity strawberry cheese tart. Burppler Muriel A also found their Signature Mille Crepe (RM11) a pleasant pick for tea. Pro tip: Takeaway tarts are available off the counter with no service charge!

Can't decide between coffee or matcha? Get the best of both worlds with this refreshing concoction. Neither flavour overpowers the other, but instead complement.
Note that only the iced option is available.
Such a gorgeous space perfect for an afternoon tea or coffee. The mille crepe layers are unbelievably paper thin slathered with light cream in between every layer. I like that it's not too sweet, but my favourite is still Lady M overall, especially their spot on crepe to cream ratio.
The best Japanese eclair Iβve had in a long time. The crispy almond choux pastry was perfect and made even better with the vanilla custard cream. Yumms, Iβm going to be thinking about this one for awhile π³ππππ
