Recommended to get this 2 as most Singaporeans go for them! Kimchi jjigae was pretty good, (normally not a fan of kimchi) but the black bean sauce was not to my liking. The shop owner was really nice, and this place also offered entertainment so you can hang around w/ your friends! :')
Totally enjoyed our Kimchi Jjigae with Lion Lager, ambience is great and we have plenty of board games to keep us entertained. The owner is so friendly which makes us want to go back for our next weekend.
Nestled conveniently in The Cathay is this carom billiard bar that boasts a fun South Korean aesthetic. Gather the gang for a night out โ expect authentic nosh done in the style of Jeollanam-do, a province of South Korea. Have the slightly spicy Kimchi Jjigae ($15) packed full with ingredients in a thick broth, and the addictive Jjajangmyeon ($15).

I missed authentic Korean snack so badly and finally found out authentic Korean food place with reasonable price!! ์กด๋งํฑ๐๐๐
The food surprisingly really good. Had Kimchi Jjigae and Jjajangmyeon. It was delicious. Jjigae (stew) was less watery than usual so is perfect if you are the type who likes to eat more of ingredients rather than soup. Think maybe it's their hometown style. Because had more ingredients than soup, the flavour was really really good. The vibe of the place is also different from the normal eateries with lots of spaciousness and bright, because apparently it's actually a Korean Billiard Bar and they just convert to food business in the day. Highly recommend their set lunch promo and for big groups as they have big tables!
