It's called a soba but I felt it was quite ramen-y. No complaints though, because I liked it! The juicy chicken and springy noodles soaked up the taste of the soup. The little bits of corn and rocket lettuce were a cute touch. The staff at the booth were also very nice and helpful.
My one gripe would be that the portion was a little small. But despite that, it was the nicest thing we ate at the Food Truck Fest so worth a try if you're there! 😁
