The Providore (Wisma Atria)

One of the better chai latte I had recently. The proportion of steamed milk with The Providore’s seven spice chai powder is on point. It’s not too overpowering yet brings out the fragrance of the spices.

The chicken leg was roasted to perfection, it’s tender and moist when you cut into it. It goes perfectly with the aubergine chutney and minted yoghurt.

The accompanying ancient grains, broccolini, kale, minted yogurt and pomegranate molasses vinaigrette goes very well with the spiced pumpkin. It’s filling as a meal by itself or order other dishes and share it among friends and family.
