My new favourite place for pizza - @thepizzacollective by Peperoni!

You can either select one of their signature pizzas or build-your-own at $14 with a refillable cold beverage! May I suggest build-your-own because you can have unlimited number of toppings from the 20 to choose from.

Not only is it affordable but the crust and the cheese makes this one of the best pizzas I've had in Singapore.

And on a side note! After a travelling stint, I'm finally back in Singapore to inform you all about the best eats!

Loved it esp the ordering and diy options! Great service, location & fooood

Customised my own (for $12). Basically added all the vegetables (no pineapples. Why do people put pineapples. No.), and spices. The base was beautifully thin and crispy it was easy to eat the whole thing:))), the rocket leaves on top tasted great with the pizza. I had the oriental base, but couldn't really discern its taste. The kimchi was q prominent (good). My friend had the opposite, (all meat), but he thought that the meat wasn't very fresh:// will come back though! You can also request for the sauces on the side!! Yumyumyum

The Pizza Collective is here to save the day! Opened by the Les Amis Group, The Pizza Collective opened its doors to the public on 16 July at Bugis+ and the pizzeria has a selection of 6 unique pizzas (KIM-KY, Chor-Lita, Pig-Na Colada, Cola-Doodle-Doo, Monkey Business and Apple Of My Eye) and a create-your-own pizza experience with cheese such as mozzarella ball and blue cheese, unique toppings such as roast pork, luncheon meat and pork chorizo. There are just so many combinations of toppings that you will be spoilt for choice. What's even better is that each of the signature or customized pizza only cost a wallet-friendly amount of $12. Pictured is the signature 10.5 inch KIM-KY Pizza ($12) that contains an oriental sauce base, mozzarella cheese, kimchi and luncheon meat.
Thanks @burpple for the invite and @thepizzacollective for the hosting and hospitality.

By the Les Amis group is Peperoni Pizzeria's new concept, The Pizza Collective. While there are a few signature pizzas on the menu like the awesome Rendang Power, Pig-na Colada and Kim-ky (kimchi and luncheon meat, anybody?), it's waaay more fun to create your own — think a Subway-esque process of building your own pizzas. Choose from an unlimited number of toppings, from over 28 ingredients and five sauces, to churn out the pizza of your dreams for just $12! Toppings range from smoked chicken breast to roast pork, kimchi to capers. Aside from savoury options, TPC features a couple of dessert pizzas, namely Monkey Business ($12), a combination of banana, Nutella drizzle, and almond flakes that can't go wrong, and Apple of My Eye ($12), essentially an apple pie, but disguised as a pizza. This is the kinda place for those who want to have fun with their food, certainly not for pizza purists! Come for a fun date, or a night out with picky friends. ;)
