Generally my go-to place for a cup of hot chocolate. My choice of 75% Tanzania is slightly bitter and mildly sweet.
$19. Freshly baked waffle 🧇, with two scoops of ice cream 🍨. Picked the 80% Signature dark chocolate and Sea salt caramel. Lovely sprinkling of nut brittle.
This plated dessert is a recreation of an American campfire classic with a scoop of sea salt caramel ice cream. Shaped into a cube, the "s'mores" had layers of biscuit crunch, brownie and marshmallow top that was toasted into melty gooey-ness. Overall it was quite dense and missing the satisfaction.
