A very decent and affordable alrernative to my recent tonkatsu post is The Bowl Story’s pork katsu don. Nestled in the busy centre of ABC Brickworks, they serve quite fast even with queue of orders. Their tender and not so oily pork is topped on their Japanese rice, served with onsen egg and drizzled with some mayo and shredded nori. Good value for money 👌🏻
