The queue at this thai stall was deceptively short. But the actual wait was really long! This stall must be so much more popular than expected! I could see the stallholders moving slower and slower, it must’ve been such a long day! Fortunately the food was decent. The mango salad was incredibly fresh, and brought back memories of thai trips. Add $1 for the noodles , tom yum was generous with fresh prawns and mushrooms. Thai belacan fried rice was nice. I did see a lot of people order the fried chicken wings, but why did mine look so much smaller than theirs? 🤣🤣 The dishes tended on the sweet side and nothing was especially spicy , especially the tomyum soup… that was a bit tooo sweet. Sometimes I wonder, is it because thais look us no up in terms of spice tolerance , that’s why they always replace the chilli with sweetness? 🤣🤣
