Egg tarts came with a buttery crust and were yummy! Preferred the normal egg tarts over the pandan ones because for the latter, the pandan taste wasn't really there. For $2 each, these are a little pricey, so I probably wouldn't buy them too often.

tried a couple of taicheong places and their quality has always been pretty consistent. definitely my favourite egg tart thus far! cookie pastry is very buttery and of the perfect texture (a good balance of flaky and crunchy); the egg custard is also of great taste and texture. highly recommended

Nice fragrance from the Pandan filling and the crust is soooo buttery! It's something diff from the usual egg tart but I still prefer the classic 😬
