I de-shelled the prawns and made a prawn broth. Pan seared the salmon belly and put them aside. Fried two onion and one thumb size ginger with cutler fish. Poured in two can of tomato sauce and the prawn broth. Let it simmered for 20mins. Right beside serving then add in the peeled prawns, salmons and mussels.
