It looks pretty and tastes better! This crispy prawn sushi roll gets rolled with furikake [i.e. combi of crushed bonito flakes, seaweed and sesame seeds], topped with crabmeat and drizzled of yuzu mayonnaise for added flavour.

Selected lightly salted, served with a dollop of minced ginger and lemon slice. Tender, fresh and tangy - tasty and healthy.
Not too big portion for its price. Besides that, well fried and seasoned. Not too heavy on the truffle aroma/taste though.

🤔: I'm a sucker for wokhei so when this plate of fried rice didn't have even the slightest hint of it, I was slightly disappointed. However, the fried rice was still fragrant and flavourful, loaded with crab meat and topped with delicious, fresh ikura.

🤔: Something I always get when I return to Sushi Tei! The salmon is plump and fresh, and the sauce is really refreshing and pairs well with the greens under the salmon, wakame, I'm assuming. Reasonably priced for fresh salmon and a must get IMO!

🤔: Not bad, but I think I'll give it a skip the next time round. Eel was plump and the marinade was delicious, but the taste was pretty one-dimensional, so it didn't appeal to me as much as the other dishes did. Still good nonetheless, so if you are craving eel, you can give this a try!
