The mound of egg is freshly fried with a decent number of prawns, mushrooms, beansprouts and bamboo shoot. It is served piping hot with rice and miso soup. For a $16++ set lunch, it's not too shabby as it also includes a small portion of shredded cabbage salad and a glass of tea.
This fluffy omelette is so jam-packed with crabmeat, bamboo shoot, bean sprouts and carrots that I'm surprised there's still space for egg in there! Break the roundish mound of fluffiness with your chopsticks and dig into steaming hot goodness. Add the ketchup if you like a touch of sweetness in your food.
Served cold, this $18 dish is unexpectedly formal in its presentation for the eatery's rather casual atmosphere. Thin slices of pork come partially dressed in soya sauce that has a strong garlic taste. Cold curls of cucumber lets you refresh your palette in between bites of the slightly spicy meat.
三錦 serves the best Taiwan fare in Singapore. Never fails to satisfy my 臺味craving!
You can opt for upsize if you need a bigger portion to be full 😁
