There are only 2 soup base either tom yum or the normal herbal. Can opt for egg noodle, rice noodle or tang hoon. The herbal taste was not strong and hard to pinpoint what the soup really taste like. The pork slices were tender. It comes with kang kong, bean sprouts and corriander. Overall, i think it's ok only. The moo ping was nice.
Very succulent moo ping but I would prefer it a little more charred on the outside. It would give it a much better BBQ taste.
These broth was rich and the meat was succulent. It also came in a huge bowl that I couldn't finish! However, note that the broth is quite herbal so there's this distinctive sweetness to the dish. The noodles were a bit hard also and clumped in a ball in the soup.
My friend got this and I wish I had stuck to the classics like her! I tried a bit of the broth and I couldn't help but pucker up β just how I like it.
Perfect for a rainy day. Not overly spicy or sour. Perfect balance. A nice change from the usual seafood tomyum. Also to mention service at this quaint little outlet is very good. Guy who served was very attentive and explained the menu well.
Need I say more?
The meat was tender and soft, soup was a rich bone broth with spices. One of the better Thai Noodles Iβve ever had in Singapore & Thailand.
Definitely worth the try for Thai boat noodles lovers and those who wanna have some authentic Thai in Singapore since we canβt travel to bkk now π₯²
