Colleague has done the calculation, it is the lowest price per nugget! 😂 We can polish off 40 or even 80 nuggets while (ahem!) working.

Wife marinated the ‘antibiotic free’ chicken the night before. I usually get home with the kid before the Wife, so I’ll prepare dinner to wife’s specifications. We use the @philipssg All in one cooker to pressure cook the chicken at 45 pressure for 9 mins. If the chicken are in smaller pieces we use 8 mins. Since the chicken was done and wife texted that she just left office, I decided to let the pale chicken have a nicer ‘tan’ by transferring it to the AirFryer. I AirFry it for 5 mins on 200 then I leave it in the machine till the Wife is back for dinner. We eat it with cucumbers, this time I had a little more time, so I made a quick pickle with chilli so it’s super crunchy and tasty!
We suddenly remembered the Korean Army Stew cup noodles we bought some time ago. Ok lah for a cup noodle. Noodles are nice. A bit like Mee Pok.
