Siti li has a good range of the favourite Malay food such as cucur udang, Soto Ayam, Laksa Johor and even cecodok pisang. The price is a little steep, but the portion of the food is quite big that you can share.
Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri. A common dish I would have at home. This is spicy, flavourful and very nice. They did not alter it to be more western like the masak merah which is highly appreciated. I would have this set again if I ever go back to Siti Li. That and the cekodok. And perhaps the teh tarik (pulled tea)
If you love Malay cuisine, you’ve got to get yourself a table here. I really enjoyed the nasi minyak with the rendang and Ayam Masak Merah amongst the many other goodies. So sedap!
Now this is a cake with a difference! We ordered this to celebrate two special birthdays.
@chopstix_n_heels told me she really likes this and I can see why. That sambal is a winner. We came back on a different day to try the nasi lemak Ayam goreng. Still hands down the sambal udang is the one I favour.
Here it’s perfect, right amount of santan and grated coconut inside.
