It's so simple that the staff & chef gave a sheepish smile when I asked them for the shop's name & address to tag on Instagram. They bowed & apologized profusely cos their location is not found. I dunno how to respond - should I bow back? Should I just say "Daijoubu - だいじょうぶ です" (no problem)? Or should I do both?

The black garlicky oil is common here, yet difficult to find out of Japan. Every strand of ramen is springy, soup is robust & full of flavor, yet not too salty. Perfect!

They even top up your noodles for free up to twice if you're still hungry.
