Bold & daring in tweaking recipes, I opted for the finely chopped 12 different raw herbs I used for my Nasi Ulam yesterday with a dash of cheyenne pepper, green chilli & oregano; instead of chives, thyme, bay leaf & capsicum.

Instead of light sour cream, I used the remainder Hollandaise Sauce from my White Asparagus dinner the day before.

This refreshing tweak is deliciously wicked!

My sudden cravings for Fried Chilli Cockles & Fried Oysters (Oysters Omelettes/蚝煎/Orh Chien) brought me to Berseh Food Centre along Jalan Besar.

Lim's Fried Oysters has been around for the longest time & is famous all over; whilst the lesser known Fried Chilli Cockles at Chargrilled located just diagonally is just as mouthwatering.

A trip to this food centre always bring these 2 badass amigos together for a truly satisfying meal.
