A dish I've had more times than my fingers can count, yet I never get sick of its explosive flavours. I highly recommend you try this pan-seared foie gras on pain de mie toast, caramelised banana compote, dark chocolate ganache and bacon jam. A wacky-sounding combination that works like a dream; you absolutely cannot miss this.
I have been to this restaurant for lunch and tried for dinner this time. Meat was a bit salty but the sauce was salted mildly so balancing as a whole. I liked the sides, grilled diced apple and peach, good addition of freshness.
Love the flavorful tuna taco with a cup of iced coffee, and more importantly, the ambience.
Am just missing some company, that's all!

So we landed the win for seasons Bistro x Burpple giveaway, we got to come here on Good Friday :) Jeremy's verdict the moment he took the first bite: I rate this 10/10.
Seasons Bistro ~ Truffle Fries with Percorino and Rosemary Sea Salt $12 ~ This was an instant hit the moment the platter was set down. The perfume of truffle hit us even before we tucked in. Hot and crispy on the outside, mealy on the inside. Salted just right. Perfect on its own without any need for additional condiments.
Seasons Bistro ~ Surf & Turf Gumbo $30 Shrimp, chicken, sausage, okra tomatao stew with dirty rice, pickled onion, cilantro, chow chow relish & french beans ~ Rather heart-warming comfort food type of dish with a mix of everything in it, the chunks of shrimp, sausages and the rice, and also how the taste of cilantro cuts across the mixture. It would be something I would like to do myself at home . Review of dinner @ Seasons up on singaporeaneats.wordpress.com
