I never heard @zazzpizzasg until @juliuslim intro to me, famous for Freshly pizza using woodfire oven. We ordered signature Parma Buratta, the pizza with crispy edge with burn taste and chewy in the centre, topped with tomato based, Parma and Burrata. The Burrata can be more creamier.
Beside the pizza, we also tried Braised Veel Cheek pappardelle.
It’s also a good dish, the meat tender and flavourful served with al dente pappardelle.
