Went straight for their signature Parma Burrata ($39) which comes with a tangy marinated tomato base on a fantastic pizza dough with excellent pockets of air within and the little blisters of leopard spotting around it. Topped with mozzarella , rucola, Parma ham and a globe of fresh burrata, this truly lived up to its hype. Another dish that was recommended by the staff was the Braised Veal Cheek Pappardelle ($36) that came with tender veal cheek that you can literally pull apart easily with a fork. Cooked in their Zazz special sauce with mixed mushrooms, this was an excellent plate of homemade pasta dish.
