An uncomplicated yet flavoursome dish that showcases the chef's expertise. Fluffy pearl rice, bathed in a savoury, fragrant dark sauce and cooked with marinated diced chicken. Topped with a sunny-side-up egg, accompanied by lettuce, sliced tomato, and two sticks of satay with peanut sauce. The fried rice boasted heartiness and great taste, carrying that delightful hint of wok hei. While the chicken was average, the satay sauce had a nutty, flavourful profile, albeit the meat's slightly tough texture.
