The block of sweet Watermelon was Wonderfully sandwiched between chewy soft macaron-esque crumble and rose cream that was so Wicked and light. It has Won me over! 😍 "W" - unique strawberry watermelon cake with rose cream, gluten free.

Not crazy about the basil – I tasted much better elsewhere – but I loved the combination of fresh tuna and succulent watermelon chunks, and how I wouldn’t completely know what I was forking into my mouth as they looked indistinguishable.

Spathe Cheese Burger! .

After eating a whole day, my friend convinced me to try this. Super crispy charcoal bun with their special chilli, Shiracha (they purposefully imported from America because it couldn't be found in Singapore), which gave this burger a very distinct taste. The first chilli which its fragrance hovered longer than its Spiciness. .

I am so looking forward for the next Savour event!!!

But until you had tried the ones by Spathe Public House, then you would understand how did good BBQ ribs tasted like. .

Just look at my fork, one twist and the meat was separated. Their BBQ sauce had this unique depth which couldn't be found anywhere else.

I had never knew that octopus can be this tender! They need to sou vide he octopus for hours and served with the sweet orange and sour cherry tomato. After the first bite, it opened up my appetite and my mouth just kept drooling.

For a meat lover like myself, this was more than heavenly. Kobe Ribeye, US Short Ribs and Pork Crackles. .

The beef was flavorful and tender (I hardly need to chew as it just melted in my mouth). The pork had no smelly pork smell and its skin was as crispy as a biscuit (my mouth was instantly filled with the fragrance of the lard) .

The side were my plating was very messy (because of the busy crowd) and the green minty sauce was overwhelming. .
|
But overall, I loved it!!!
