Satay Power 6 (Lau Pa Sat)

While there are always long queues for Stall 7, I’ve had a pretty decent experience with Stall 6 previously. This time however, I was greeted with a disappointing set of satays and grilled prawns from Stall 6, particularly because it was cold and stale. Perhaps because it was a weekday with less crowd leading to more leftovers out in the open, but I believe every customer is entitled to hot and fresh food.

I have not had satay from Lau Pa Sat in such a long time. Soft, succulent and grilled on the charcoal grill to absolute perfection. It's Really yum!
