Seafood is all the rage at Restoran Sin Chua Kee, so Crabs (from RM48) are a must-order. Go with the thick, creamy butter sauce, which the steamed mantaos will come in handy to help scoop up every last drop. Coming in a big group? Get also the Aromatic Spicy Fried Brinjal (RM20), Sichuan Chicken (RM55) and Ham Choi Braised Fish (RM64) to share.

Never would I expect to have 'Ang Moh' ribs at a humble local chinese restaurant. Well marinated with sweet sticky BBQ sauce and extremely addictive. The meat is fall of the bone tender and juicy.
RM48
Not as spicy as the one you get from a Sichuan Restaurant but it still has that lip burning and tongue numbing factor.
RM55
Fish is lightly fried then stewed with salted vegetable (Ham Choi) and tomato giving this dish a trio of flavours; sourly, salty and sweet, all in just one bite.
RM64
(The name itself says it all)
