Udang galah (giant river prawns) have large heads, even these 'smaller' ones. The most tasty part of a prawn is without a doubt the head. Yummy!

Prepared 'kon chien' (dry stir fried). This is a common way to cook prawns but few do it well. The prawns were fresh and al dente to the bite. Super delicious!
