We started off with the #sangria making session. It's pretty as long as have all the ingredients. We tried mixing the ingredients and was told that is taste better after leave overnight. Thus served us the one they prepared beforehand. I usually dun drink alcoholic drinks as cnt stand the alcohol taste. Even for wine, very sensitive to the strong fermentation taste type. But this one is really fruity soda kind and cnt taste the alcohol taste at all!
The soup is #spanishsoup but didn't really catch the name. Anyway is tomato combined with onion and spices type, the middle got fancy bacon wrapped potato and sauce taste really special and yummy.
Lastly, ended off with #seafoodpaella which is specially cooked with #squidink ... super yummy and I think I could have eaten like 5 servings! 😶 Their ingredients were really fresh and flavourful.. Hope they will launch this new menu soon and will have dessert to paired with too. Peeked at their menu and found that actually the food priced are affordable, like soup from ($6+) and pasta and main around $15-20.. At night maybe more happening at their fun #barsg counter with friendly staffs and live music. They also show case us their bartender skills.
