Such a great experience trying out different traditional dishes in Kazakhstan. Every restaurant’s interior is beautiful on its own. We had the Kurydak (favourite so far) that consists of well seasoned tender lamb meat, stomach, liver, tongues and lots of potatoes. Besbarmak are noodles with boiled horse meat while Manty are dumplings stuffed with meat and onions. Both were good but they might be a little salty for us.
