Finally had the chance to try the prawn noodles from @prawnvillage ! Personally, I am not a huge fan of prawn noodles, as I find it boring and that it is hard to find a nice one in Singapore apart from the one at Bendemeer Food Centre. Now, the prawn noodles @prawnvillage is added to my favourite prawn noodles stall in Singapore. The store owners are dedicated in ensuring the freshness and consistency of the ingredients.
Will be dropping by again all the way to the west in the future!
Ordered the dry, $4 version which comes with a small bowl of very nice, concentrated broth which must be the highlight of the stall. The noodles are not bad too, quite oily but I think they make their own pork lard and shallots. :) Serving size is quite good. Comes in $3 or $4 portions with additional top ups for stuff like pig tail, fish cake etc. Opening hours: Mon to Sat, 4pm to 9 pm wef 2 Jul 19.
Operating Hour: Tue to Sunday from 6am to 1.30pm

What a steal for $4! 2 plump prawns, leek fishcakes, slice of egg and pork pieces with generous amounts of beehoon. The soup was intensely flavoured, and had a taste profile of the Malaysian prawn noodles. I felt like the spices overpowered the prawn broth, but for those looking for a saltier and spicier soup, this is the bowl for you!
