Decided to stop by Prata Wala for a meal as it was one of the few places in Northpoint City that still had seats available! Although it is a prata shop, I had a craving for briyani and decided to order the butter chicken briyani. Although it is not very cheap (~$9), the serving was really generous and the rice is more than enough to fill you up! Don't be like me, who ordered the briyani and an additional Prata as I was afraid that I wouldnt be full from the rice alone!
The rice was done really well and it was fragrant, although you may want to be careful before chewing as you may accidentally bite on one of the spices! However, the highlight was the butter chicken as the chicken sauce was really creamy from the butter, and it was quite gao with the taste of chicken as well! There were around 6 pieces of tender chicken as well and it was a big plus that there were no bones in them.
Great dish except that I was really full after finishing!
3.5β I redeemed the free 2 piece plain prata while WB redeemed the $10 voucher for Chicken Briyani and Teh Tarik. We collected our food within 5min which is very fast compared to our previous visit that took more than 30min. Food wise is not bad, nothing to hiam since it's free lunch before we visit the River Safari.

They make the prata upon ordering so the prata is crispy and hot when served. I find that it is also not very oily which I do like. Minimum order is 2 piece for ko song here
Egg π₯ Onion Prata (S$3.40)
Teh Tarik (S$1.80)
Available at @PrataWala in @NorthpointSg
Roti means 'bread', and prata means 'flat' in Hindi language. No matter where it originated from, it makes a satisfying meal for any hour of the day. Although lacking of crispy texture, I like the caramelized texture of the onions inside..
