Topped with sth called "miguo", this sweet and sour Fish actl had some kick. Broth was q Thin and clear though, and proved to be a unique taste that's still ok. Note that the add ons are really generously portioned, so go easy and dont order a lot at first. The oyster mushrooms are particularly good imo, but the highlight has to be the Thinly sliced lotus root thats still crispy after simmering for the whole meal
Really expensive for 10 Thin slices but the sauce was pretty good. More savoury and fragrant, not as spicy compared to my mom's version thats loaded with garlic
This is the smaller version at 10 but it's already quite substantial and good enough for 3 pax to share
Really sweet and savoury sauce that coats the tender shredded pork. Tofu skin provided a more substantial bite compared to other wraps such as vietnamese spring rolls that use rice paper
Comes with fried garlic and whole garlic cloves. Despite how it looks it's actually not too spicy and it's perfect with rice. Somehow the fish seemed slightly smaller this time but nonetheless it was delicious
Good for 3-4pax(or 2 really hungry ppl)
A little tough to chew but in a good way. Loved the slightly hard texture which results in the chewing releasing more aroma from the chili oil. Simple but extremely appetising
I guess it's worth a try if you've never tasted it before but it's essentially charsiu. Quite tasteless and hard here but heating it in the fish broth helps a bit as it softens and releases the fat of the slices. At least the dipping sauce that came along was pretty good
