Though the Koreans didn’t really invented this dish but there’s this special adoration I have for this particular Korean Chinese dish. Somehow, the Koreans really do them better. The savoury sweet sticky sauce didn’t feel gelat at all and I can easily finish a bowl by myself easily (who thinks the same? 🙋🏻‍♀️). I have tried many renditions of this dish in Singapore but all of them are somewhat lacking. (Some goes with the 滷肉飯 from Taiwan). Ose Gye Hyang serves really decent Korean vegetarian food in the meat centric Korea -
