Besides chocolate, salted caramel is a very popular flavour for desserts. Which is why I wasn't surprised to see it in milkshake form. The good thing is the flavour in my order was not lost in too much milk (I don't like it when they stinge on the syrups and you can hardly tell what it is you're drinking). This wasn't the case here - I could really taste the salted caramel.
