But more importantly chicken isn't dry. The rice was a pleasant surprise with bits of raisins here and there. However, I had a tiny piece of their Indonesian chicken chop and that is fantastic!! I guess no surprise since it's one of their best seller. The chef is the winner of Wok Star. #burpple #foodporn #wokstar #
Sweet crepe with caramalised bananas and lots of caramel within. The coconut ice-cream was fragrant and did not taste too milky. Mix it up with the caramel and it somewhat resembles gula melaka; a great dessert for a stall in a food court!
Seems pretty inspired by Hawaiian grills. Grilled pineapple rings from a can with the charred flavour with the sweetness from the syrup. Great side to the Fragrant Buttered Rice.
Not the creamy type, it is filled with lots of chunky bits of mushroom and some greens to break the heavy earthiness.
Did not really hit off well with the fish fillets seemingly coming from those used in Japanese food stalls in food courts. The garlic cream was a saving factor but could have been more generous with it.
Fragrant Buttered Rice was slightly dry but the hand cut coleslaw was fresh and cold, with the garden salad that was interestingly served with cherry tomatoes and corn. Chicken was juicy and had a "wok hei" aroma to it.
