The dumpling noodles is super springy and thin! And it was really addictive. Chili is really nice with bits of fried shrimps. Dumpling is rich with ingredients such as prawns, black fungus, minced pork. Highly recommended.
Price:$4.50
Really worth the wait, perfect balance of gravy and starchiness of the noodles!! Prawns were also very generous, and the auntie vry nice!!
Wonton is a type of Chinese Dumplings. Well loved in many Chinese Cuisine. š
They use a square dough wrapper and filled with a mixture of ingredient like minced pork and or Prawn together with seasoning. Yum yum. I love to pop 1 into my mouth and bite through the wonton.

So we checked out the new Old Airport Rd Wanton Mee in TPY central.
While we wouldnāt say it was great; there was an old school bit to it that was good enough for a simple eat in the neighbourhood.
Its chilli was pretty nice and added good kick to the thin springy noodles. Also liked their crispy pork lard for the extra fragrance. The Char Siew was the old school type, thick cut and looked dry but tasted quite alright actually.
Nothing to shout about the boiled Wanton while the fried ones were tastier. However, we werenāt a fan of their dumplings which had a certain taste that we didnāt like.
This wasnāt that Wanton Mee that we know of from Old Airport Rd, but for a quick fix without much travelling; it was still good.
