Iso means seafood produce so this is the seafood okonomiyaki
Seafood was pretty fresh and there's ginger inside.
All were not too bad
This was even more sick. The tendons were caramelised incredibly well, so much so they didn't have that soft gooey texture but was crispy and had great beefiness.

As we know okonomiyaki isn't too generous w meat because there can only be one layer, otherwise it doesn't cook evenly
Theirs is a lighter version, there's quite a bit of veggies and so there's some crunch in the batter itself. The parts w meat were as good as you expect, and it's honestly almost better that you have intense bursts of beefy bits rather than it being uniformly beefy.
The bottom of the batter is crispy, not exceedingly so, but it does lose its crisp after a while
PS they cook batch by batch, so the whole restaurant basically waits and eats tgt. The queueing time can be pretty insane I heard, I was lucky and waited only 15mins? I went at 2pm on mondat
