Good quality matcha with crunchy but not hard senbei Cookie.

Very hard to bite but flavour is intense and there's this strong milkiness to it.

Soy sauce flavoured mochi with red bean filling, some what soft with a nice stretchy texture. The sweet and salty pairs quite well, my mom's favourite of the bunch

Simple and absolutely delightful one biter, sweet and aromatic and Cookie had a great texture

One of their best sellers, it's a wagashi with chestnut bits inside. Honestly its quite hard to differentiate between wagashi flavours, this was pretty decent though

Delicious, the centre is not cream but like a translucent gel-thing, it was still milky though

The mochi was excellent, incredibly soft and quite stretchy. The sour honeyberry combined with cream cheese to give a yoghurt taste

Intense again, curd like texture but not sure how this is meant to be eaten. Better spread on bread or sth?

Intense sweet Potato taste, insanely soft Pudding with just a little bit of fibres from sweet Potato. It really is the perfect execution
