As we know okonomiyaki isn't too generous w meat because there can only be one layer, otherwise it doesn't cook evenly
Theirs is a lighter version, there's quite a bit of veggies and so there's some crunch in the batter itself. The parts w meat were as good as you expect, and it's honestly almost better that you have intense bursts of beefy bits rather than it being uniformly beefy.
The bottom of the batter is crispy, not exceedingly so, but it does lose its crisp after a while
