Featured on Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand, this noodle shop is famous for their bamboo noodle.
So many choices to choose from and I decided to go something unusual from many people who would order from this place.
Their fishballs surprised springy and chewy. They also provided the special chili sauce to go with it.
Generous amount of prawn roe on the top of the noodles.
One of the best noodles I have ever ate in HK. The noodles are all freshly bamboo squashed right at the door front by their chefs. The price was pricey at 70HKD but an occasionally splurge on such quality noodles are quite comforting for the tastebuds!
