A hidden gem located within City Gate serving up bbt with tea leaves sourced from Taiwan and brewed with a teapresso machine. The tea has a strong floral scent with the natural mellow taste of oolong tea. The milk tea was more on the milky side and would be better if it has a stronger taste of tea while the osmanthus oolong is something light and refreshing. Topped it off with their plum jelly for something refreshing that is also rich in fibre and antioxidants

White peach oolong with white pearl & roasted oolong milk tea with Burpple 1-for-1 ($4.30). Super worth the price! Milk tea was more milky > tea and peach oolong had a nice tea flavour. 30% was just nice for us.

Spotted in City Gate, it is a quiet cafe as there is not really crowded as it was really hidden unless you walk from the connecting bridge from Nicoll Highway
got the lychee black MT (+0.70 for golden pearls) and the golden oolong MT (+0.80 for white pearls)
lychee tasted sweeter than oolong altho it was 0% sugar and oolong mt was 30% haha. milk tea was a bit too milky for me. white pearls are nicer than the golden ones!! golden pearl felt like u put the cup in the fridge and u drink hours later

Located on the second floor of City Gate, @ninetalestea_sg, a young bubble tea brand, offers an extensive menu of pure tea, tea macchiatos, milky series, brown sugar series and more. The spacious shop with a peaceful atmosphere makes an ideal chilling place, though seats are limited.
Highly recommending the tea series if you are looking for a refreshing drink. A big fan of osmanthus and its unique sweet aroma, I thought the combination with a lightly roasted cold brewed oolong, topped with plum jelly of a slight acidic spark couldn’t go wrong. While the boyf had the creamy and full-bodied milky taro with chalky taro bits.
