Says good for two, but a hungry one could easily devour this dish. Crispy egg(?) pancake filled with grilled pork and prawns with abundance of bean sprouts and spring onions. Good pairing with the vinegary dip on the side.
Rice noodles served with pork slices, innards, prawns, an egg and a dash of greens in a hearty meat soup. The ingredients tasted quite plain on its own - gotta dip them in one of the many sauces provided on each dining table.
protip: namnam has student meals but the tiny sign is practically hidden lol its $7.90 for a regular bowl + a drink (coke fanta sprite green tea)
the vegan pho is the best idk how to describe it... its so warm and the soup is so fulfilling like its the kinda soup u eat when ure sick in bed n then aft u eat it ure like miraculously cured. its the kinda soup that will heal u when ure heartbroken, pmsing or when u caught the flu frm ur kiasu classmates who refuse to stay home n cough all over ur FACE. idk what the items in the soup are but everything IS AMAZING u wont miss meat, i promise.
YUM: 10^10
We prefer B6: Sautéed Lemongrass Pork to this Set as this B5 Set is rather too sweet. Go there during weekday to enjoy this set that comes with your drink choice (Viet Black coffee or with condensed milk/ lotus tea / bottle of water)
From Con Nam, this gorgeous Saigon Báhn Xèo was like a cross between Chinese pancake and a crepe. The pancake was thin and tasty on its own. From the options of BBQ pork slices and shrimps, lemongrass chicken, grilled seafood; we chose the first which was yummy and definitely a good match for the pancake.
On the other hand, our pick of their prawn noodles from Nam Nam turned out different from what we imagined it to be. Being reminded that this was a Vietnamese dish, its broth wasn’t the Chinese prawn broth that we initially thought to be. It was more of the usual Pho kinda broth topped with a big prawn. Overall still pretty flavourful although off track from our expectations.
Con Nam, Nam Nam or both; the idea of being able cross-order from both was a good one.
Broth was average and thought it had a 'cloudy' taste which i suspect it is cause the cooked the beef in the same broth..
Didn’t taste as good as I rem but still a good morning deal at around 9$ w an iced coffee
$10.90 for this set lunch. Noodles + rice rolls + drink. Pretty worth it considering the rolls cost $6 a la carte
Not the local style with rich broth but this also tasted of the prawn in its thicker gravy. Served with thick beehoon and pork belly, fish cakes and bean sprouts, it was tasty in a slightly Vietnamese healthier way.
$7.5 ala carte

A very solid bahn mi. Stuffed with a generous ammount of carrot and cucumber pickles and fresh cilantro, the juicy pork belly shines through but isn't greasy. The pork liver pate and sweet-sour sauce complete a very good rendition. Good value at 7.50, great value for breakfast at 6.90 with a free drink!
Second time eating! I rmb the first time I didn't quite like the taste! But this time round I thought it was quite nice!! Especially after I added the different sauces available on the table!!
But I still prefer instant noodles over the white noodles HAHAHAHA

Lunch at this Vietnamese restaurant serves a good size bowl of Australian beef steak slice pho and fresh hand rolls with a cup of drink for only $10.90. Available on weekdays 10am-2pm.
Been here a few times (including the other branches in Suntec City and Plaza Singapura), the bowl of beef pho never disappoints. Beef is cooked medium rare and it goes well with the pho chilli sauce.

Expect signatures like Fresh Southern Rolls ($4.90) & Caramelised 5-Spice Pork Belly ($6.90) served in the day, to creations new to NamNam Go! such as their Hanoi Fried Tilapia Fillet w/ Galangal, Tumeric, Dill & Vermicelli ($8.90) and Shaking Beef w/ Pepper Hoisin Sauce ($11.80). Individual reviews will be up, but man, I need a year's supply of their southern rolls 🤤

Wasn’t much of a fan of Vietnamese savoury baguettes previously, I was late in joining the banh mi banh-wagon but now I can really enjoy a good stuffed French-inspired sandwich.
Having NamNam’s Trio of Cold Cuts, roast beef, beef & chicken pastrami with braised shiitake mushrooms ($7.50) and Home-smoked salmon, tofu, cream cheese Banh Mi ($8.50); there is definitely something for everyone on their revamped menu. The former containing the more typical ingredients where as the latter delivering a fun modern-fusion twist. And while each was packed with the classic condiments - mayonnaise, hot chilli peppers, pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber and cilantro, my preference would be the meaty cold cut trio as the salmon was a little bland and the combination a tad odd.
Light, crusty and airy; the warm toasted baguette was still the highlight for me with the crisp outer layer and all together producing the result of a fresh, texture-enriched roll.
This was a hosted meal.
