Ordered thai style kangkong, pandan chicken, green curry and basil pork.
Thai style kangkong is savoury and not too spicy, really yummy.
pandan chicken is my favourite from this place! its so fragrant and packed with flavours! please try this if you’re there.
green curry is really yummy too but it did not stand out.
basil pork was too spicy for me and taste is just okay. i wouldn’t recommend this if you’re there unless you really love basil pork.
overall, i will give:
7.5/10 for food
6/10 for ambience
9/10 for price (really affordable)
For $6, this pad thai has very little ingredients like no omelette, no taupok, only 2 prawns.
le hubs say : exactly how u expect it to taste like. fried rice with egg. not too salty.
For GOOD Thai food, please drop by this little shop. Despite it being non air conditioned and like super hot on an afternoon, it was so worth the discomfort!
The tomyum fried rice was one of the best I’ve had - we lowkey considered getting another plate for takeaway. Pad Thai was good too and so was this gorgeous (and very generous) plate of garlic fried chicken. I’ll be back... very, very soon.
Helps that it’s conveniently located like 2 to 3 minutes away from Toa Payoh MRT!!!
tom yum soup was so addictive!! filled with seafood~ the basil chicken was just okay as i felt they could’ve been more generous with the portion of meat
Affordable and reasonable price for authentic Thai food ! Tried their pad thai, honey chicken, mince pork- thumb up!
