AND OMG, it's super super shockingly delicious. The egg and cheese complements each other, making the whole dish nice and creamy. The chewy cheese adds another layer of texture to the soft and silky steamed egg. Too addictive too addictive! There goes my diet :( #burpple #mushushisg

Piping hot from the steamer, topped with the thick sauce which is full of crab meat. Inside the smooth steamed egg, there is mushroom too.
Very brave indeed. Come to think of it, we often order this steamed egg dish at Japanese family restaurants, but usually only as an appetizer.
